Terms, Payment & Refund Policy
These terms govern your access to SnapTo, our AI image generation tools, point packs, generated assets, and related websites or apps.
1. Acceptance and eligibility
By using SnapTo, creating an account, uploading content, generating images, or buying points, you agree to these terms. If you use SnapTo for a company or client, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.
You must be legally able to enter into a contract in your location. If you are under the age of majority, you may use SnapTo only with involvement and consent from a parent or legal guardian.
2. The service
SnapTo provides AI-assisted photo editing and image generation for product, portrait, and social content. Results are generated from your inputs, selected styles, and third-party AI infrastructure.
AI outputs can be imperfect, unexpected, similar to other outputs, or unsuitable for a particular marketplace, advertising platform, or commercial use. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing or relying on them.
3. Accounts and security
- Keep your login credentials secure and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
- Provide accurate account and billing information.
- You are responsible for activity under your account, including generation requests, uploads, downloads, and point usage.
4. Your uploads, rights, and AI outputs
You retain the rights you already have in photos, prompts, product images, and other materials you upload. You grant SnapTo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, process, transform, store, display, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, troubleshoot, and support the service.
To the extent permitted by law and by applicable third-party terms, you may use generated outputs for personal or commercial purposes. This does not give you rights in third-party brands, products, artwork, faces, likenesses, locations, or other protected material that may appear in your input or output.
- You must have all rights and permissions needed for uploaded images, including consent for identifiable people, children, private locations, products, trademarks, and client materials.
- Do not upload sensitive, confidential, regulated, or highly personal material unless you have authority to do so and accept the processing risks.
- We may remove content, restrict access, or refuse generation when content appears unlawful, abusive, unsafe, infringing, or inconsistent with these terms.
5. Prohibited uses
- Illegal activity, fraud, phishing, scams, impersonation, or deceptive commercial practices.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual content involving minors, sexual exploitation, harassment, hate, threats, or graphic violence.
- Uploading or generating content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights.
- Creating misleading endorsements, fake identities, deepfakes, forged documents, or content intended to deceive people about real events or real persons.
- Reverse engineering, scraping, automated abuse, resale of points, rate-limit bypassing, or interference with SnapTo or our providers.
6. Points, pricing, payment, and taxes
SnapTo sells one-time point packs. Points are a limited, non-cash license to request eligible generations in SnapTo. Points are not stored value, currency, gift cards, securities, or a deposit account. They cannot be transferred, resold, redeemed for cash, or used outside SnapTo.
Prices, currencies, taxes, and available payment methods are shown at checkout and may vary by location. We may change point pack pricing, generation costs, promotions, free allowances, or package availability prospectively.
Payments are processed through Paddle. For Paddle transactions, Paddle acts as the merchant of record or authorized reseller, handles checkout, payment collection, invoices, tax calculation, chargebacks, and refund processing. We do not receive or store your full card details.
- Purchased points are credited after a successful payment confirmation and webhook processing.
- Promotional, referral, test, admin-granted, or free points may have limits, abuse checks, and separate eligibility rules.
- Unused purchased points do not expire while your account remains active, unless required for fraud, abuse, legal, security, or platform compliance reasons.
7. Refunds, failed generations, and chargebacks
Refund eligibility for Paddle purchases is governed by Paddle's buyer terms, Paddle's refund policy, and any non-waivable consumer rights in your location. If those rules give you stronger rights than these terms, those stronger rights apply.
Because point packs are digital content delivered to your account shortly after payment, purchases may be non-refundable once delivered or used, except where required by law, approved by Paddle, or approved by us. In regions with statutory withdrawal rights, immediate delivery or use may affect those rights only where the legally required consent and acknowledgement have been obtained.
If a generation fails because of a system, provider, or processing error after points are charged, SnapTo will automatically return the charged points to your account where our ledger can verify the failed job. Subjective dissatisfaction, low-quality source images, incorrect uploads, style choices, marketplace rejection, or later business decisions do not automatically qualify for a cash refund.
If Paddle or a payment provider issues a refund, reversal, chargeback, or fraud adjustment, we may deduct the related points, suspend access to affected outputs, or restrict the account to prevent negative balances or abuse.
- For refund requests, use the Paddle receipt or visit paddle.net. You may also contact us and we will help route the request.
- For technical defects, contact us promptly with your account email, transaction receipt, generation ID if available, and a description of the issue.
- Refund abuse, duplicate refund requests, fraudulent payments, or chargeback abuse may result in account limits or termination.
8. Delivery, availability, and support
We aim to credit points and deliver generated outputs promptly, but generation time depends on image size, model availability, provider queues, storage, network conditions, and abuse checks. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a fixed delivery time unless expressly stated.
We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue features for maintenance, security, legal compliance, provider changes, or product reasons.
9. Privacy and data handling notice
We process account information, authentication data, uploaded images, generated outputs, transaction metadata, usage logs, and support communications to provide and secure SnapTo. Payment card details are handled by Paddle or your payment provider.
Uploaded and generated images may be sent to third-party AI, storage, infrastructure, analytics, and security providers where needed to operate the service. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service is risk-free.
You may request account or content deletion by contacting us. We may retain limited records where needed for security, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, payment disputes, legal compliance, backups, or legitimate business records.
10. Marketplace, advertising, and intellectual property responsibility
SnapTo does not guarantee that outputs comply with Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, TikTok, Instagram, Xiaohongshu, Taobao, advertising networks, print vendors, or other platform rules. You must confirm each output is lawful and suitable for your intended channel.
You are responsible for product claims, labels, disclosures, model releases, influencer or ad disclosures, AI-labeling requirements, copyright clearance, trademark clearance, and any required review before publishing.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend, limit, or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these terms, created risk for users or providers, engaged in fraud or abuse, or if continued service would create legal, security, or operational risk.
You may stop using SnapTo at any time. Termination does not automatically entitle you to a refund except as required by law or applicable payment-provider rules.
12. Disclaimers and liability limits
SnapTo is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, and error-free results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnapTo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, platform takedowns, advertising losses, or business interruption. Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid to SnapTo through the relevant checkout in the three months before the claim or USD 100.
Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies from its effective date. Material changes will be communicated through reasonable means, such as website notice, account notice, or email where appropriate. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
14. Contact
Questions, refund routing requests, security reports, and deletion requests can be sent to support@bigsmart.cc. Include your account email, transaction ID or receipt, and generation ID where relevant so we can investigate efficiently.
